There are two directories available to search on SEEK Commercial:
Franchisor directory
Broker directory
Franchisor directory
SEEK Commercial publishes profiles supplied by some of Australia's leading franchisors, all of which advertise their businesses for sale on SEEK Commercial.
You may have a preferred franchisor, or would like to list all the franchisor’s within a particular industry.
To reach the directory click on Franchisor directory in the main navigation:
To find a franchisor within a specific location, industry or investment level, select one or all from the drop down lists, for example:
then click on GO
To search for a specific franchisor, type the name in the Keywords field then click on GO
Or you can click on a letter of the alphabet to view all franchisors beginning with that letter:
Click on a franchisor name to display their profile. If the franchisor has available businesses for sale then you can click on the link at the bottom of the page to display them in the search results.
If they have no franchises currently available, or to your liking, you can contact the franchisor directly to express interest by selecting the Submit expression of interest button at the bottom of the page.
Complete the fields on the expression of interest form and then Submit. This information will be forwarded to the franchisor for further contact.
Broker directory
SEEK Commercial also publishes short profiles of Australia’s business brokers including links to their current business opportunities. There may be a broker that services your area or industry and can help you find the business you’re after.
To display the broker directory, click on Business broker directory in the main navigation:
To find a specific broker type the company name or location in the Filter broker section:
then click on GO
Or you can click on a letter of the alphabet to view all brokers beginning with that letter:
Click on a broker’s name to display their profile. If the broker has available businesses for sale then you can click on the link at the bottom of the page to display them in the search results.
If there are currently no businesses available, or to your liking, you can contact the broker directly by selecting the Contact link at the bottom of the page.
Complete the fields on the contact form and then Submit. This information will be forwarded to the broker for further contact.
