Australian Mortgage Brokers (AMB) commenced operations in July 2000. In eight years we have grown to become one of the top twenty broking companies in Australia. AMB operates in every state and territory of Australia, except ACT and Tasmania.

AMB has achieved a total of twenty-one finalist nominations at various industry awards over the past six years and was a finalist in both the Franchise Operation of the Year and the Employer of Choice categories at Australian Mortgage Awards (AMA's) in 2003, 2004, 2005 & 2006.

The number one broker in our company Howard Cao was crowned Salesperson of the Year (Franchise) at the 2007 Australian Mortgage Awards, which is the second time in six years one of our members has won this prestigious award. Two of our members won their respective categories of Salesperson of the Year (Franchise) and Young Gun Salesperson of the Year (Franchise) at the 2004 AMA's and another two members of our team have won the Sales Manager of the Year (Franchise) category at the 2003 & 2006 AMA’s.

An AMB Franchise offers many advantages over other mortgage franchise models and we have continued to grow from strength to strength. AMB’s franchise network has settled over $4 billion in mortgages since inception in mid 2000.

AMB has established several business referral partnerships with key real estate groups and businesses across Australia. Our referral partnerships have underpinned our success by providing a steady flow of new client referrals to our mortgage consultants. This referral program has been extended to other professionals such as accountants and financial planners with tremendous success.

No experience? No Problems. If you do not have previous lending experience we will assign you a personal mentor, who will provide one on one coaching as well as ongoing training for the first two years.



We currently have franchises available across Australia with a required investment of $10,000+GST.



We also have 6 (only) master franchises available for purchase from the 33 exclusive regions across Australia, with a required investment of $25,000+GST.



If you have more than two years immediate mortgage broking or lending experience the franchise fee is negotiable.


We support our franchisees to grow their businesses and many now employ mortgage consultants.
