Jim’s Computer Services is a Division of the Jim’s Group of Companies, specializing in providing a full range of services for business owners, home office workers, and home computer users. The division commenced in September 2001.

Franchisees can select the specific products and services that they would like to provide, not forgetting that you will have access to other Franchisees who can assist you to branch out into the other services.

Our goal is to work with our customers to implement solutions that enhance the efficiency and profitability of their business, and improve their every day lives.

Training

Comprehensive training is provided to all Jim's Computer Services Franchisees. This is designed to cover the major aspects of running the business, including marketing techniques, using MYOB, pricing, time and territory management, administration, customer servicing and office set-up. This training is designed to see you well equipped to prospect for clients, meet their expectations, and see that your business gets off to an immediate start. This training will be conducted by your Franchisor.

Newcomers to the business are always impressed by the willingness of more experienced Franchise owners to give help and advice. Franchise Owners are given a voice in the system through meetings, and direct access to the Franchisor and the Franchisee Forum.

Regional Rights

Successful operators may be invited to take on a management position, or even a Regional Franchise, where they look after Franchise Owners of their own.

Successful Franchise Owners, who understand the business from the grass roots, have led most of the expansion of the various Jim’s Franchise Groups.

Our System

From the first day, any leads for Jim’s Computer Services from your Territory are given to you. Our aim is to concentrate work in a small area, reducing traveling time and making a higher income possible. Extra work in nearby suburbs is also provided as needed. You may work in any area you choose, and you decide your own working hours. When you commence working as a Franchisee, you will be provided with business leads, to assist you to develop your customer base. You will also be expected to develop new business yourself, and demonstrate your activity and results to your Franchisor.

Work Guarantee

As a backstop for your initial introduction into the business, we offer a unique system where you are able to claim a work availability guarantee. The work availability guarantee provides you with added security and stability in purchasing your franchise.

Where to from here?

Like any Franchise system that takes customer service seriously, Jim’s Computer Services requires all prospective Franchise owners to go through a rigorous screening process. If you have not already been for an initial interview, you are invited to phone and arrange one. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, so feel welcome to bring a list. A careful examination of the system, including looking at any competitors, is one sign of a good business owner. If the interview is successful, you will be invited to attend the two-day introductory training course. This is an opportunity for you to have a look at the Franchise system and the Jim’s Group head office, and for us to look at you.
